ASHAC DISTRIBUTION
Attached is correspondence and an application to request funding for the treatment and care of children with orthopedic, spinal cord or burn injuries. Please share with your membership and distribute to
agencies or organizations in your local area that may qualify for ASHAC funding. Read the correspondence to make sure you understand and can explain the requirements and limitations for these requests.
Each request must be recommended by the Aladdin club, unit or noble. Forward completed forms to the business office to the attention of Gail Hinshaw. Please be timely as there are only 30 days for the
requests to be returned.
