2023 Chicken and Corn Roast and Car Show
Overview:
- 600 meals to be ordered
- Chicken – Morgan County
- Corn – Pike County
- Cookies, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Butter, Rolls – Rodney/ Knife and Fork
- 250-300 Cars and motorcycles for show
- 5-9 Hillbilly Cars
- Trash Can emptying – Motorcycle Club
- DJ Music – Tom Corbin
- Vendors -Lemon Shake Up – Tom Corbin
- Band playing in / around gazebo
- Two guards on duty to make sure alcohol stays with in restricted areas
- Security in the parking lot – Bob Warner / Provost Unit

8:00 am Start food prep – Morgan County/Pike County
8:00 am Setup Barricades and Close Road- Tom Corbin
9:30 am Start Registration – Motorcycle Club
9:30 am Coffee Ready – Arthur Wilson
9:30 am Donuts delivered – Kim Luckeydoo
9:30 am Oasis Bar opens – Dave Kopp
9:30am Security / Provost on duty
11:00 am Start selling meal ticket – Registrar Unit
11:30 am Oasis Bar Closes/Lobby Bar Opens – Dave Kopp
11:30 am Car registration ends
12:00 pm Food Ready to be served – Knife and Fork Unit
12:00 pm Start Serving Food – Divan and Divan Ladies
12:00 pm Begin Car and Motorcycle Judging – Motorcycle Club
2:00 pm Car and Motorcycle Judging concludes – Motorcycle Club
2:00 pm Band Starts
3:00 pm Give Aways – Tom Corbin
3:30 pm Barricades down – Tom Corbin
4:15 pm Hillbilly Degree in Garage – Hillbillies

- Long tables and serving tables in lobby for serving
- Large Vehicles moved to each end of road closure
- Radios for communication
